Returns & Exchanges

At Zero Foxtrot, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and choose between a refund or an exchange; once confirmed, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
